I once was hurt before like physically and mentally I don't want to describe it because it's a long story and kind of emotional, but I have been struggling from depression and other symptoms because of those events and certain things that remind me of my past life trigger me, but I am overcoming those things and I am strong because I know I am, and I know all you out there that are struggling with the same thing you are strong remember that and never lose hope. Talk to someone you love or trust or use your favorite coping skills because that's the right thing to do. Never try to try to hurt yourselves or others, believe me I experienced things like that, and it never gets you anywhere, just remember you are loved.
